Mediterranean Infrastructure Holding has ownership of 18 hectares, equal to 180.000 square meters, in Ruaka Town land in Nairobi, Kenya. One of the rural areas, close to the City on Nairobi. The plot is under study for the development of a large-scale solar plant with total net power capacity of 86 MW, in partnership with Green Investments Kenyan Corporation.
